Shipping Information

We know how exciting it is to get new skincare, so we post orders as quickly as possible — usually the same day (if you order before 12pm) or the very next working day.

UK standard delivery is always free, sent via tracked and signed service. It usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

We pack everything securely using recyclable, eco-friendly materials. If something does arrive damaged, just let us know straight away and we’ll sort it.

Shipping Rates

  • UK: Free 2 day delivery, £6.95 Express Next Day

  • Europe: £12.99 (Tracked & Signed, 4–5 working days)

  • International: £19.99 (Tracked & Signed, 7–10 working days)

For overseas customers: please be aware that your country may add customs fees, which are your responsibility. If a parcel comes back to us due to unpaid charges or being uncollected, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem — you can return unopened items within 14 days, as long as they’re still sealed.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, just email us at hello@wildcraftedskincare.co.uk with your order details and a quick photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Allergies & Patch Testing

Our products are made with pure botanicals and we keep them as gentle as possible. But everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend checking the full ingredients list on our product pages, and trying a little patch test before using anything new. If you’re worried about a specific allergy, send us a message before ordering and we’ll be glad to help.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for reactions to products once they’ve been opened.
