Shipping Information
After you place an order, please allow 2-3 days processing time. Your package will then be sent as 2nd Class tracked and signed for delivery via royal mail for safety.
We ensure that all of our items are securely packaged with love, using eco-friendly recyclable materials, please let us know of any damages upon receipt of your items as soon as possible.
UK Shipping (2nd Class Signed for) 2-3 working days = £3.99
Europe Shipping / (Tracked & Signed for) 4-5 working days = £12.99
International Shipping / (Tracked & Signed) 7-10 working days = £19.99

For all Europe and International orders please check for any fees that may arise at boarders and customs. We can not take responsibility for this, and if the package is returned, we will still charge for shipping.
Please note that Europe and International orders may experience delays at customers due to the pandemic and Brexit.
All UK orders are shipped via "2nd Class Signed for" delivery, which is a trackable service and expected to take 2-3 working days once dispatched. Despite this, it can sometimes take longer and is unfortunately not a guaranteed service. If you are looking to place an urgent order, please contact us in advance so we can suggest an alternative method which may incur an additional fee.
All of our Europe and International orders will be shipped with tracked and singed for. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive and follow your tracking in case customs fees are payable. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and Brexit, international orders can be held in customs which delays shipping which is out of our control. If you'd like to purchase an international order with express shipping, please get in touch an we can provide you with a quote.
All international orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the customer will be responsible for any customs fees. Should an international parcel be returned due to unpaid fees or failure to receive or pick up the parcel, the shipping costs will not be refundable and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. Should the return fees be greater than the value of the order, no refund will be applicable.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that hygiene and safety are at the utmost importance to us, we cannot accept returns unless there is a provable defect in the product on arrival, in which case we will ask our customers for photographic evidence. All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping.

IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, PLEASE TEST ON A SMALL AREA BEFORE REGULAR USE. TO AVOID ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS - WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS.
In the unlikely event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will provide an exact exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
