Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you decide otherwise, we gladly accept returns of unopened products within 14 days, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged, when we will pay the full return cost and send you a return shipping label via email.
Should your item arrive damaged or faulty, please email hello@wildcraftedskincare.co.uk with your order details and a photograph so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Allergy Advice & Patch Testing
Our formulations are created with pure, carefully sourced botanicals. Every complexion is unique, so we recommend a patch test before first use, and to check the full ingredients list on our product pages, particularly if your skin is sensitive. If you have any allergy concerns, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to advise.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for adverse reactions once a product has been opened.
